Over the past weekend we had a bit of an issue as an old policy regarding filming in stores was sent back out to stores and ridgidly enforced. These seemed to be targeted directly at Youtubers as it wasnt' like they were going after everyone who whipped out their cell phone. I posted a video about this Sunday morning and lets just say the reaction by the community was strong. We... were not happy. But today, none other then Eric himself responded. And not through some back door channel but in the comments section right here in the channel!
To say that he knocked it out of the park with his response would be an understatement. I would not be surprised if this was picked up as a teachable moment for future business students. Honestly folks, if you want to see how to be a leader, this is how it's done!
