I sent hft an email about the Bear and the filming problems he had there and how I was going to shop elsewhere. I got an email back that apologized about the situation and as long as the filmer respects the other patrons in the store (ie not filming faces ect.) they will be allowed to take pictures and film and share there thoughts.
The email I got stated that it is intended for the addressee only and are privileged and confidential. What does this mean? Thanks
The end part? The for the addresse only part? Meh, that's just lawyer jibberish that most corporations tag onto emails.
yep, I got the email from Eric schmitt,, and it was quite a nice forum letter explaining what happened, so,, as of now, we can film in HF again, but,, I really hope, that, Jeff Kings store Manager, appoliges to him,, direct,,
Same here. I sent a message and got the reply for Eric. Bear you call to action worked. They changed the policy based on customer feedback. They deserve some credit for listening and changing.
I'm encouraged to hear of Eric Smidt's response and even more so glad to see community members giving their props to HF for the response and further HF's acknowledgement. Good to see on the HF Twitter..
